Mandarin Podcasts for Students

All Red Crane students have access to Mandarin audio lessons / podcasts online which act as supplementary lessons to their classroom lessons. Once enrolled, an email will be sent to students which would provide them with a username and password which enables them to access their podcast lessons.

Q: Do I need an ipod to listen to podcasts?

A: No, you don't. Any computer or mp3 player would be able to access podcasts. All you need on your computer is any media player like iTunes, Quicktime, VLC or Songbird. These are all free to download from the internet.

Q: How else can I listen to my podcasts?

A: You can listen to podcasts on some mobile phones and also on PDAs. Check your phone's and PDAs' specifications to see if they can play podcasts.

Q: Can I burn the podcasts onto cds?

A: Yes, you can. As you progress through the levels, you can even burn all your lessons onto the one cd.

Q: What if I don't have a computer or mp3 player?

A: On special request, we are able to burn it on to a cd for you.

Q: Can anybody get access to Red Crane's podcasts?

A: No, you will need to be a current student to get access.
